Rockpool Northshore is currently being built in Economic Development Queensland’s Northshore Community at Hamilton in Brisbane.
The building is an Aged Care facility to house 150 Residents across 6 levels.
Cappah Group was contracted by client Mcnab to complete formwork and concrete packages on the project.
Construction is due to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
